Product Overview

An RO Plant is a high-performance water treatment system designed to remove dissolved solids, contaminants, and impurities using reverse osmosis technology. Water is pressurized through a semi-permeable membrane that separates clean water from salts, chemicals, and contaminants.
This process makes RO plants suitable for locations where water quality is poor, inconsistent, or requires purification for drinking, production, or process use.

Filtration & Treatment Process

Stage 1 – Sediment Pre-Filtration

Removes sand, silt, rust, and suspended particles to protect downstream components.

Stage 2 – Activated Carbon Filtration

Reduces chlorine, organic compounds, and chemical contaminants.

Stage 3 – Micron Cartridge Filter (1 Micron / 5 Micron)

Provides final protection against fine particles before the RO membrane.

Stage 4 – High-Pressure Pump

Pressurizes the feedwater to allow efficient membrane separation.

Stage 5 – RO Membrane (BWRO / SWRO Based on Water Source)

Removes dissolved salts, heavy metals, dissolved solids, fluoride, bacteria, and chemicals.

Stage 6 – Post-Treatment (Optional)

UV, mineralization, pH adjustment, or carbon polishing depending on project requirements.
